We test everything that we sell, one item at a time. Nonetheless, please be sure to read the listing above in detail, as it will contain any qualifiers about the cosmetic or functional condition of the item, as well as tell you what accessories come with the device. We also strive to respond to any inquiries about our listings in as timely a fashion as possible.
Nonetheless, if for whatever reason, the item that you receive does not match the Listing description, we are happy to work with you on resolving the issue. Please contact us and we will do our best to make the situation right by providing a full refund of the Listing price.
Below are the pre-conditions for authorizing refunds on returned items:
1. The buyer must notify wsdeals of the issue within 30 days of receiving the item.
2. Refunds can take up to 2 days to process once the items are received at our facility, but we will do everything we can to process refunds Quickly as possible.
3. All return/exchange items must be returned in the same physical condition (any alterations to the item or if the item comes back with water damaged or physical damage we will not refund or exchange that item) that they were received.
