Important! Do you know how our NON-FACTORY warranty works?

If there's a manufacturer defect within 30 DAYS of having your device, don't bring it to the manufacturer! Instead, send it to us, and we'll send you a new one for free.

The Reason: Our business model is based on buying from bulk liquidation lots to provide customers with discounted devices. These include discontinued, open box, used certified and overstock items – and brands WILL NOT honor their warranty if the device is sold from an outside seller.

Why It's Better: We offer the same warranty offered by the manufacturer itself, so you'll just have the added bonus of more personalized and faster customer service. Talk about a win-win!

HOWEVER! Warranty and exchanges are VOID when…

• The device has been damaged by liquid.
• Alterations to the hardware or software are made.
• Evidence of physical damage is present.

This device is also NOT waterproof, it is "water resistant." Submersion in water will lead to permanent damage.
